Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

We want our valued customers to be completely satisfied with our products and services. There may be times when you will need to return a product purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is as follows:

We will offer you a replacement, repair, credit or refund where products have a major failure, such as:

·      When the products are faulty (as per Manufacturer's warranty specifications – see below for further details regarding Warranty claims)
·      Wrongly described
·      Different from a sample shown to you; or
·      Do not do what they are supposed to do

We are not required to refund or replace a product if you simply change your mind. For any parts returned for a change of mind, this will be at our discretion and a 30% re-stocking fee will be applied to this return.  Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase from us (proof of purchase must be supplied).

Please note that specially ordered parts and cable are non-refundable.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

For any faulty parts being returned to Sure Power Industries, they will be subject to the terms and conditions as set out by the manufacturer of those parts. To the full extent permissible by law, the Seller will be under no liability whatsoever except for the express conditions as detailed in and stipulated in the manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty returned goods must be returned to us with proof of purchase.
